It is True that Harold James Norwood has indeed been ordained deacon, priest and bishop by Emmanuelle Milingo in Sao Paulo Brazil in December 2007.
Why? you ask. Well that is simple it is for one of the two reasons:
1. He was suspended by Archbishop Luis Fernando Castillo Mendez in 1993 for consecrating a known Paedophile John C Simmons in England without asking for consent from his consecrating bishop, Archbishop Mendez applied Sacramental suspension to Harold James Norwood and refused to accept the consecration of John C Simmons of Ashford Kent.
2. Harold James Norwood stated he feels that there was a defect in his original consecration from Archbishop Castillo Mendez in that he believes that Archbishop Castillo Mendez was not a real true bishop?
How do we know this.
SIMPLE. these are the written words direct from Harold James Norwood who now lives full time in Brasilia, Brazil.
If 1, was not true then WHY? did Harold James Norwood not assist the elderly Archbishop Mendez at the Cathedral in Brasilia, After all Harold James Norwood lives 5 minutes walk away from the Cathedral?

Wow! That' news for me. I didn't know that Dom Luis was a doubtful bishop but it seems that Luis Fernando from an early age wanted to be bishop at any costs. He entered a Seminary, was dismissed but made up false papers travelled to Spain and on the basis of these false papers got ordained priest at the age of 22 by that elderly Spanish Bishop. He had also presented that Bishop with false ordination papers saying that he was already a Deacon otherwise that Spanish Bishop would never have ordained him priest for Canon Law says that there must be a space of around one year between ordination to the Order of Deacon and then to Priest.
ReplyDeleteThen when it was disovered that Luis presented false papers the Spanish Bishop contacted the Apostolic Nuncio reporting the case for fear of being suspensed because he 'ordained' without the proper papers etc. Then the Nuncio sent a letter to all the bishops of Spain telling them not to accept "Mr" Luis. Then on the basis of this Luis entered into contact with Dom Carlos Duarte da Costa saying that he was being oppressed by the Roman Church etc wanting to establish a national church so called. Then D. Carlos was deceived as well, into giving him 'episcopal ordination' certainly invalid because being based on a fraud - both in the case of the Spanish bishop and secondly in the case of D. Carlos who acted in good faith. This deception of Luis interfers with the liberty of D. Carlos into conferring episcopal Orders. The Spanish bishop as well intended to ordain a deacon as priest and since Luis was not a deacon - certainly, certainly invalid. And there we have the story of him living a lie all his life. Imagine living this lie all ones life and still believing it going to the Tribunal of Almighty God as one who did so !!!! It never ceases to amaze me that there are so many "armchair" i.e., self appointed, sacramental theologians haunting the internet! Since when did non ordination to the diaconate invalidate ordination to the priesthood? Per saltem ordinations are certainly not the norm but there have been many cases throughout Church history. Saint Ambrose of Milan to mention only one.
DeleteMoreover, when Harold Norwood consecrated Simmons, Norwood did not know that Simmons was a paedophile. Neither did Norwood know that Simmons had a long criminal record for serious fraud and deception;his most notorious case being perpetrated against the Benedictine nuns of Tyburn Convent, London. These matters, and particularly the matter of Simmons being a paedophile, only became known after the event although it is certainly true that at least two people present at Simmons consecration knew about his fraud and criminal conduct. One was an archbishop and the other being his vicar general. They had a duty to make Bishop Norwood aware of these facts but chose not to. Contrary to the [mis]information of a certain other "cardinal archbishop" who has a vested interest in distorting the truth, the archbishop aforementioned did not lay hands on Simmons as a co-consecrator.He and his vicar general were at the ceremony purely as "ecclesiastical" groupies! Some elements in the indie Catholic movement are notorious for holding ceremonies. It provides a good excuse for dressing up and poncing about. Finally, Simmons paedophilia, although fairly widely suspected, only became indisputably clear after his death when his loft was being cleared out.The aforementioned vicar general, by then a bishop, and another "archbishop" had to make a bonfire of certain printed matter they found in Simmons loft. So you see, Castillo Mendez is not the only reprobate - that is only half the story. So then, to conclude..... a rhetorical question; was the Borgia pope then a true pope in view of what we know about his morals? Catholic theology teaches that a man can be ordained validly regardless of his moral rectitude. Go check it out. All the information is out there on the internet from reliable Catholic sources.
A post script to my earlier post. The reason that Norwood did not help Castillo Mendez in spite of his living relatively near him was that Norwood is a sedevacantist, a position not shared by Castillo Mendez.

ReplyDeleteI have known D. Harold J. Norwood and I can say that he has never 'helped' Castillo Mendez of the ICAB not because he (D. Norwood) is a so called sede vacantist because he is definately NOT and never has been but rather he was misled by d. Luis into having anything to do with that movemnet because Castillo Mendez lead him to belive that he was a RC priest snd Bishop too with discussions ungoing with the RC Church. D. Harold Norwood became involved (and that is around 30 years ago) only for a few months until he discovered he had been misled and had a chance to think of the consequences that he did not know of being involved in such a movement which in reality is anti church, which he did not realise at the time ! This blog is written with the sole purpose in attempt to discredit D. Norwood. Not even the name of its author is published and the spelling, well you can judge for yourselve ! who is this "Shaton Fromaheight" ! I suspect a man from Scotland who recent died and met his maker and now must anwser for the culumy for what he said !

Norwood, who was 'ordained' with your brother 'David' LOL's and were married in a civil guy reunion in Scotland to another 'bishop' of your 'church'! If this blog is not removed I will publish a copy of the public civil reunion certificate from the Scottish Registery Office. It is a public document and so is in the public domain equally on a blog of this kind. I know it was you, for one of your ex disgrunted 'bishops told me.
